I am a mother of two boys ages eight and nine. I am a Washington D.C native. I always knew I was interested in fashion. In 2007 I graduated from Virginia State University, with a BS degree in Family and Consumer Science majoring in Textile, Apparel, Merchandising and Management. During college, I interned for Nordstrom. After college I worked for Nordstrom full- time as a Visual Merchandiser. I love being creative, I love dressing up ,my clients and even mannequins. After being in retail for at least ten years, I wanted to work for myself. I knew after college the skills that I mastered was sewing, merchandising and management. In December 2015 Potato Monster was created. My main purpose for creating Potato Monsters, because, I got so up set packing my baby bags , because there was not one thing that  I could get multifunctional usage out of. Hence: the reason why we have bigger baby bags.

My product is perfect for babies because it is comfortable and protects the baby from weather conditions. It is fashion forward for parents. Potato Monster gives parents the relief of having extra space in their baby bags  Why? Potato Monster acts as a jacket , blanket and a breastfeeding cover.

I think my customers will be enthused by Potato Monster because it is versitile, fun colors and it is comfy. I firm believer that this is the most multifunctional Baby car seat cover on the market.
